FAQ's

1. Is there a fee to register for the conference?

No, registration for the Pathways to Hope Conference is completely free and open to the public. Register here.

2. When is the deadline to register?

Registration will remain open until the day of the conference, but early registration is encouraged to ensure seating and access to preferred workshops.

3. Do I need to register for each individual workshop?

No, once you’re registered for the conference, you’ll have access to attend any of the workshops or sessions on the schedule. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. I only want to attend one day of the conference or just one workshop track. Is that possible?

Yes, you are welcome to attend as much or as little of the conference as you'd like—whether that’s a full day, a single workshop, or one specific track.

5. Will there be a live-streaming option available?

No, however, select portions of the conference will be available after the conference.

6. What should I do if I have trouble registering?

7. Can I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, certificates of attendance will be available upon request for those who check in at the conference.

8. What do I need to earn CEUs?

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for select sessions. To earn CEUs, attendees must:

  • Register in advance

  • Attend the full session

  • Sign in/out at each qualifying session

  • Complete any required survey

More details will be provided in the CEU information packet upon check-in.

9. Will there be food, drinks, or other refreshments available for purchase at the conference?

Yes, food and beverage vendors will be on-site with refreshments available for purchase.

10. What accessibility accommodations will be available?

We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive event. Accessible seating and entry will be available for individuals with disabilities. Please contact us in advance if you have specific needs. American Sign Language (ASL) is available at all our Plenary's and some workshops. Stay updated to the WHOVA app to see which workshops will have ASL availability.

11. Where is the conference located, and is parking available?

The conference will be held at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, 100 Auditorium Circle, San Antonio, TX 78205. Free parking is available at selected locations near the Tobin Center. More information is available on the website.

12. Are children or families welcome to attend?

Yes, families are welcome. While the content is geared toward adults and professionals on the first day, the second day is geared towards youth and families. All are encouraged to participate where appropriate. Please note that childcare will not be provided.
